Who we are

Alpha & Omega Cleaning Services is the house cleaning business of Ana and Jenny in Greater Houston. This policy covers the information you give us on this website.

What we collect

We collect your name, phone number, email address, and preferred contact method. We also collect the service address, the cleaning you request, notes you type, and the language of the page you used.

If you choose a time, we store that date and time. If you ask us to arrange a time, we store the availability you give us.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your request, schedule the cleaning, and tell you what is happening with that request. If you choose Text or Call, we send those updates by text message. If you choose Email, we send them by email.

Text messages

We text you about your cleaning request only: when we receive it, when it is confirmed, declined, or cancelled, and when the time changes. A repeating cleaning still produces one text for each of those events, not one text per visit.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who helps us

Twilio delivers the text messages. Google Calendar holds the appointment time. Email is sent from AOCleaningHouston@gmail.com. These providers handle information only so we can provide the cleaning you requested.
