These terms cover requests you make to Alpha & Omega Cleaning Services through this website.

Requests

A request on this website is not a confirmed appointment until Ana or Jenny confirm it. Prices shown are estimates. The visit follows the cleaning you requested and what we confirm with you.

SMS Terms

If you choose Text or Call on the booking form, you agree to receive text messages from Alpha & Omega Cleaning Services about that cleaning request. Those messages may say we received the request, the cleaning is confirmed, the request was declined, the cleaning was cancelled, or the time changed.

Message frequency varies with those events. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel text messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (281) 896-6581 in English or (346) 284-4731 in Spanish.

You do not have to agree to texts to request a cleaning. Choose Email instead and we will email you.

Your mobile carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
